Hi, I’m Kizzi
A survivor, a writer, and a woman who’s lived through things that should’ve broken me… but didn’t.
I grew up surrounded by silence, disbelief, and pain. Abused by people who should have protected me, I spent years surviving relationships that repeated those same wounds.
For decades, I hid behind strength, humour, and responsibility — until I realised that surviving isn’t the same as living.
Now, I write. I speak. I heal out loud.
This blog is where I share what I’ve learned about trauma, forgiveness, and accountability — about the slow, sacred process of learning to trust yourself again.
It’s also where I explore joy, creativity, and what it means to live freely after a lifetime of fear.
I believe hurt people can heal — and that when we tell our truth, we help others find theirs. I’m not here to fix you, or to stand above you. I’m here to walk beside you — as someone who knows what it’s like to ache, to rebuild, and to rise.
If you’ve ever felt unseen, silenced, or unworthy of love, you belong here.
You can trust me with your story, because I know what it’s like to have no one listen. Together, maybe we can turn pain into something powerful. — 🌿 Your Voice Matters This space isn’t just my story — it’s ours. I invite you to speak up. To be heard. To be seen. Your truth deserves a voice, and the world needs your light.
If you’d like to share your story, you can email me — I’ll hold it with care. And if you’re not sure where to begin, I can send you gentle questions to help you find your first words. 👉 Start your story here!
